Refund Policy

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at purebasics2@gmail.com  immediately after receipt. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as received (unused, with tags, and in the original packaging). Please contact us at purebasics2@gmail.com to initiate the return.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered. We can provide delivery confirmation for your investigation.
